Emails

Once this is on: every booking is emailed to the alert addresses above and the customer gets a confirmation. The office is also told when a customer accepts a quote or cancels, and when an engineer asks for a part. Customers get an update as their repair moves on (if that's ticked above), and engineers are emailed when they're given a job or a part they asked for is ordered. Emails are sent from the business email above through your free Brevo account.
